What it is
The Link Think Portal is the private client application for Link Think Ltd, the founder-led business development agency for UK recruitment firms. It is not a public product. Each client gets a private link and uses the portal to do four things:
- Read and sign their proposal. The proposal contains the full services agreement, signed electronically by both parties, with a copy emailed to the client.
- Pay. Card payments are processed by Revolut. Monthly engagements are collected as recurring card payments the client authorises in the agreement.
- Complete onboarding. A structured intake covering who the client wants to reach, their proof, their voice and their goals. It can be answered by typing or by voice note.
- Connect accounts. Optional one-click connections that let Link Think act on the client's behalf, described precisely below.
Why it asks for Google access
When a recruitment agency hires us, people respond to that agency: they reply to emails, request reports, and book meetings. Those replies deserve a response from the agency's real address, quickly. The portal therefore offers a Google connection requesting exactly two scopes:
- gmail.send: to send email from the client's own address, at the client's standing instruction, to people who have requested contact from the client. Nothing is read; nothing is sent beyond that instruction.
- calendar.readonly: to see when the client is free, so meetings we book for them land in sensible slots.
Connections are optional, revocable at any time from the client's Google account, and deleted on request or at the end of the engagement. Our handling of Google user data is covered in section 4 of the privacy policy, including the Limited Use commitment.
Why it asks for LinkedIn access
During onboarding we write LinkedIn content for the client, in their voice, which they approve before anything is published. The LinkedIn connection (openid, profile, w_member_social) lets us publish and schedule those approved posts from the client's profile, within strict agreed limits and with an instant stop at the client's request.
Who operates it
The portal is built and operated by Link Think Ltd, company number 16226636, Sevenoaks, Kent, founded by Nathan Pelc. Questions about the application: nathanpelc@linkthink.co.uk.
